Update February 19, 2010: I’m delighted to advise our members that effective mid-January 2010, the following people have joined the Binational Tourism Alliance in our U.S. office to assist in the delivery of our programs and services:

These folks will be making direct contact with each member over the coming weeks to update our records and discuss: 1) your current membership, benefits and website pages 2) the scheduling of your radio and television guest spots 3) the March 2010 Binational Summit 4) the Spring Shop, Stay and Play program 5) the scheduling of Women In Tourism and Binational Dialogues events for this year 6) the 2010 Border Remedial Action Plan that is underway and 7) your satisfaction with current services and recommendations for improvements
