Women In Tourism: Leading With
W - Wisdom
I - Integrity
T - Tenacity
This new initiative of the Binational Tourism Alliance will bring women from the tourism industry together to share expertise and personal stories of their development, leadership and involvement in this rapidly changing industry.
There are many women in this industry doing ground-breaking work and leading the way for the rest of us – it is time to recognize the contribution that women have made to this industry and to bring a greater awareness to the different approaches that women take and the impacts they have, and continue, to make.
The program components are intended to provide women with regular forums to discuss and share business challenges and opportunities, meet women with similar interests, demonstrate and develop professional excellence and leadership, and offer a strong support network for women in the tourism sector.
The Binational Tourism Alliance is committed to partnering with the most innovative and results-oriented binational tourism and professional development organizations in order to deliver this new program to the women in our industry.

1) Bimonthly WIT Speaker Series – showcasing the women in this industry at properties throughout the binational Niagara Region
