BINATIONAL DIALOGUES is a collaborative effort now in its 2nd year of the Binational Alliance and the following partners responsible for the initiatives outlined below.                    1)  Gateway Project - Niagara Region & Erie County Industrial Development Agency                    2)  Crossing Borders- University at Buffalo and Brock University                    3)  Binational Speaker Series- Niagara University and Niagara College Canada                    4)  Bicentennial- Bicentennial Legacy Council                    5)  Sport Tourism Development - Niagara Sport Commission
