TRADE SHOW:  You must be registered for the Summit to obtain a Trade Show Table

Trade Show runs from 5:30pm Thursday, March 10 to 5:00pm Friday, March 11 in the Grand Ballroom.  Your table will be in the heart of the Summit during the Cornucopia, Plenary Sessions and Lunch.
Setup begins on Thursday, March 10 at 12noon and must be completed by 4:00pm.
Pricing includes skirted 6 foot table and 1 chair.

Sponsors will receive priority trade show placement.  A limited number of trade show tables are available for delegates at the following rates.  Not-for-profit Culturals may share a table.  NOTE: In 2011, the Trade Show will be incorporated into the overall program space throughout the Summit by locating it in the Grand Ballroom where all plenaries and keynotes will take place.

 

     BTA Member               $150.00

     Non-Member                $250.00

     Electrical                     $  50.00
