These folks will be making direct contact with each member over the coming weeks to update our records and discuss:

     2)
the scheduling of your radio and television guest spots
     3)
the March 2010 Binational Summit
     4)
the Spring Shop, Stay and Play program
     5)
the scheduling of Women In Tourism and Binational Dialogues events for this year

     7)       your satisfaction with current services and recommendations for improvements

I would appreciate your willingness to spend a few minutes with them to ensure you are aware of the many new benefits of your membership and are taking full advantage of these, as well as to provide us with your feedback on programs and services to date, and recommendations as to how we can improve in the future.

We have many exciting changes underway for 2010 and want to ensure that we continue to deliver on our mandate with the best possible member service.

Thank you,

Arlene White
