BTA SUMMIT 2008 – TRADE SHOW DETAILS & REGISTRATION



The Binational Tourism Summit Trade Show will be held on Friday, April 4 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Grand Hall at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Buffalo, New York.  This component of our Annual Binational Tourism Summit will provide 44 exhibitors with an audience of 300+ delegates and speakers representing the tourism industry from both Canada and the United States.  Breakfast and all breaks will be held in the Grand Hall in order to maximize your firm’s exposure and provide you with the opportunity to network with the attendees.

TRADE SHOW REGISTRANTS WILL ALSO RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL $25 SAVINGS ON FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION(S).

All Trade Show participants will have their trade show location, company contact information and logo included on the 2008 Binational Summit Trade Show listing page on the Binational Tourism Alliance website, as well as included in the 2008 Summit Program. Company information will be taken from the registration form and your logo should be emailed to helga.honey@btapartners.com when you send in your registration. 

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

1) The registration form must be completed in full and submitted with full payment. 

 

2) Table space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and location based upon upon availability when application and payment are received. 

 

3) Each table includes two (2) name badges, two (2) chairs, a table with tablecloth and skirt, breakfast and break refreshments for trade show representative(s).

 

4) Electrical outlet is available at extra cost and only for perimeter tables.  Payment must be included with completed registration.

 

5) Trade show set-up takes place between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on Friday, April 4.  Tear-down begins at 4:30 p.m.and must be completed by 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 4.  Adam’s Mark Hotel will make their service elevators available to Trade Show participants during these time periods.

 

6) The Exhibitor shall agree not to sublet, or sell any part of their exhibit area without the prior written permission of the Binational Tourism Alliance.

 

7) All business must be conducted in a professional, orderly manner.  The Exhibitor agrees to confine his/her presentation to only within the contracted space.
