DEFINITIONS:

MAJOR BENEFACTORS: Founding Board Members, leading institutions and members of the community who support the vision of the Binational Tourism Alliance and make a major contribution to help further the work of the organization. This may be a one-time or annual contribution and entitles the contributor to full benefits of BTA membership.

PRIVATE & PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS and NON-PROFIT TOURISM & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS: Private, Public and Non-Profit (DMO’s, Chambers of Commerce, EDC’s) organizations who have several staff and/or members who will be accessing BTA member information and participating in BTA initiatives.

NON-PROFIT CULTURAL OR ARTS OPERATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS who have several staff and/or members who will be accessing BTA member information and participating in BTA initiatives.

ACADEMIC ORGANIZATIONS: Colleges, Universities, Public & Private Schools with several professors/teachers/administrator and/or students who will be accessing BTA member information and participating in BTA initiatives.

INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN BTA: An individual interested in the work of the BTA who will be accessing BTA member information and participating in BTA initiatives.

STUDENTS:  Post secondary level students interested in accessing BTA information and participating in BTA initiatives.
