DaimlerChrysler Insurance Company, Farmington Hills, Michigan
Marketing Services Manager, February 2000-March 2006
Biggest challenge was to manage the marketing of the company to customers during discontinuation of very popular property and casualty line of business in 2001. I managed marketing of transition to focus on physical damage line of business. I also created and managed a sales incentive program designed to increase market share (dealer penetration) as well as to increase profitability of physical damage insurance to dealer market. See results of Insurance Company below.

Launched and managed new retail auto insurance program that I launched in October 2004.
Customer Service Manager, DaimlerChrysler Insurance Company, January 1998-March 2006
I was responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction rating of dealer customers during discontinuation of popular product in 2001. I also enhanced the feedback process by creating follow up and action plan component of customer satisfaction survey to ensure that 100% of customer complaints are addressed. Also oversaw the outsourcing of core customer services that resulted in increased service levels and cost savings. I am the central contact point for potential customers of our partner programs.
The St. Paul, St. Paul, Minnesota (now St. Paul Travelers)
Business Development Director, Sales and Marketing Division July 1997-January 1998
I was responsible for the company’s business-level strategy in minority-owned business markets, including international markets. During my seven month tenure, we doubled company revenues from minority-owned business markets from $25 to $48 Million by utilizing e-business strategy to execute successful entry level strategies, resulting in two profitable market entries (Women Business Owners and Minority Organizations).
Product Management Analyst, Personal Lines Division January 1995-July 1997
Manager-level position reporting to Product Management Officer with P&L
Responsibility for $300 Million product line, part of $1.4 Billion portfolio
I designed and executed a product repositioning strategy that successfully turned around product profitability in 1995, to 3.5% ROE from -7.2% in 1994. I also achieved 8.0% ($7.8 million) product revenue growth in 1996-more than double the industry growth by executing a combination of price increases and product repositioning. I introduced my product's first major enhancement since 1991, which strengthened the product's premier market position. I increased sales of auxiliary products by 9% through management of marketing promotions
